Hello i am working on a project with layering. Some htv can only be used as the top layer. What vinyl should you use on the bottom. There are some rules to follow.

You can layer siser or enduratex glitter on top of easy weed but you can t put easy weed on glitter. These smooth finish htv can be used on either the top or bottom layer.
