Infusible ink requires cricut e asy press 2 or a heat press that reaches 400 f. Infusible ink products work with compatible white or light colored fabrics. Since the lion king also had its debut over the summer that infusible ink was released i thought it would be a great example tutorial. Cricut infusible ink requires a temperature of 385 f newer easypress models can reach up to 400 f. Before being ironed onto a blank the colors of the infusible ink are very muted. Unlike vinyl or iron on you can not layer infusible ink on top of itself. Preheat your cricut easypress to 385 f note.

Once the ink has been pressed onto the fabric or coaster it becomes a lot more vivid. And yes it is quite different from heat transfer vinyl. Layering with infusible ink is different from layering with vinyl. Infusible ink products must be applied to a compatible infusible ink blank.

You can see that the black actually looks brown and the bright pink is a light pink.
